Weiss Building & Development is in the architectural stage for our newest project. We are going to be building a new 2600 sq. ft. ranch home on lot 55 in Henneberry Woods in Oswego. This home will be a zero energy home, and will be rated at the highest level of green home by both the National Association of Home Builders as well as the US Green Building Council. This home has a goal to reach NAHB Emerald and LEED for Homes Platinum. This home will be the first in the world to have both rankings while also being Energy Star rated.
This home will have solar panels, geothermal heating and cooling, radiant heating, solar hot water, wind turbine, and many environmentally sustainable designs and materials.
